Gosafe offender tracking solution for home arrest

The Gosafe iBeacon is a BLE-based home monitoring accessory designed to work together with the G737 offender tracking device. It continuously broadcasts a unique ID signal via Bluetooth, allowing the tracker to detect connection status and report any changes directly to the monitoring platform. When the tracker remains connected to the iBeacon, GPS updates are paused to stabilize location data and reduce power consumption, while any loss of connection or physical tampering with the beacon immediately triggers an alarm and reactivates active GPS tracking.

Using BLE wireless technology

The Gosafe iBeacon(GIB737) utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology with long-range transmission capability to maintain a reliable connection with the G737 ankle tracker. Rather than connecting to the server directly, the iBeacon works in tandem with the tracker, which serves as the communication bridge to report connection status and any triggered events to the monitoring platform in real time.

The Gosafe iBeacon (GIB737) is powered by a built-in 2400mAh high-capacity replaceable battery. Thanks to its Bluetooth Low Energy technology, the device operates with extremely low power consumption, delivering a battery life of up to 4 years under normal operating conditions. When the battery runs low, it can be easily replaced without the need for any special tools, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted monitoring operations at the offender's designated residence.
